On Saturday, August 3rd, Kourtney Kardashian was spotted in Portofino, Italy with her children Mason and Reign Disick as well as a few of her other friends. Daughter Penelope was absent from the bunch. As the Daily Mail reported, her Portofino ventures came after she'd spent some time in Sardinia, Italy and the French island
